If you signed a Service Agreement for a new account, our account setup team will jump right on it.
• Account Setup: We aim to setup accounts by end of the next business day. If you signed on a Tuesday, your account will be setup by the end of Wednesday. If you sign on a Friday, your account will be setup by the end of the following Monday.
• Account invitation: Once your account is setup, you'll receive an invitation and welcome email, so keep your eyes on your inbox!

• Brand & Use Case Registration: Once your account is set up, you'll need to complete Brand & Use Case Registration before texting. This is a requirement of the carriers for texting. Your account cannot send messages until it has undergone the registration process, which is estimated to take 2-10 business days. We recommend building this timeframe into your outreach planning. • Nonprofits: Nonprofits generally follow the same 10DLC process as general accounts, but the timeline can take a few days longer, especially if an appeal is required.
• Politics Campaign Verify Requirement: Please note that a Campaign Verify Token is a 10DLC requirement for 527 Organizations: Election Campaigns (candidate and ballot), Political Parties and PACs and must complete Campaign Verify registration, which is required by The Campaign Registry and carriers. This process typically takes 1–2 business days, though it can take 5–7 additional days if your organization requires mail verification (i.e., if you don’t have access to an email address listed on official government records). Campaign Verify charges a fee which you will need to pay to them directly.
