If you signed a Service Agreement for a new account, our account setup team will jump right on it.
• Account Setup: we aim to setup accounts by end of the next business day. If you signed on a Tuesday, your account will be setup by the end of Wednesday. If you sign on a Friday, your account will be setup by the end of the following Monday.
• Account invitation: Once your account is setup, you'll receive an invitation and welcome email, so keep your eyes on your inbox!

• Brand & Use Case Registration: Once your account is set up, you should estimate an additional 1-2 business days to complete your Brand & Use Case Registration. Note that The Campaign Registry may be overwhelmed with submissions at key times and registrations could take longer than 2 days. Learn more about Brand & Use Case Registration here.
• Additional 10DLC Requirements: Please note that there are additional 10DLC requirements for 527 Organizations, Election Campaigns (candidate and ballot), Political Parties and PACs.

• Campaign Verify Registration: You should estimate >1-2 days to complete your Campaign Verify registration, which is required by The Campaign Registry and carriers. You will complete your registration directly with Campaign Verify, and the cost is $95. Organizations without emails on official forms can see additional 5-7 day delay for mail.
